Stainless Steel SS 304 Mesh Roll – Black Coated

A brand-new method of coating SS 304 wire has produced BLACK COATED SS 304 Mesh, an incredibly gorgeous product. After weaving stainless steel mesh, black special coating material is applied using epoxy powder coating. The mesh rolls are cured in an oven at a very high temperature following coating. The mesh wires fuse together as a result of this curing and epoxy coating, and the holes hold perfectly even after the aluminum or UPVC shutter is stretched. Specialty steel like stainless steel 304 is resistant to rusting in outside weather conditions.  Steel’s special quality is found in the alloy’s composition, which calls for at least 8% nickel. Joynets SS 304 Mesh is woven in an 18×16 mesh with a 0.17 mm wire diameter. The quality of the alloy is verified on each roll.
